All members and regular attendees are encouraged to join one of four forum groups which would be either Community Life Forum, Education Forum, Mission Forum, or Worship Forum. Each forum represents one particular area of church ministry.

Forum groups shall be responsible for:

1. Identifying nominees to serve as lay minister and nominees for commission members that would represent their forum
2. Working with their commission in organizing and serving on committees or teams necessary to carry out the responsibilities of the forum's particular ministry
3. Providing prayer, counsel, and support to the lay minister and commission members

Forum members can be involved at different levels in forum activities including:

1. Regular attendance at forum meetings providing prayer, support, and counsel to leaders
2. Serving as a commission member
3. Serving as a lay minister representing the forum and the congregation

Participation in one forum does not limit participation in other forums or attending other forum meetings: however, identification with one forum would indicate that most of a member's time, effort, and support, would be given to the chosen forum. It is recommended that persons make a two year commitment to a forum. After completion of one term, persons are encouraged to choose another forum.
