Worship

Every Sunday, we gather here at LMC to hear the astounding story of how the Creator longs to be in intimate relationship with each of us personally, and—through Jesus—has come in wondrous love to save and heal and bring us home. We delight in God’s holy presence and lift our hearts to the Lord in praise and adoration and thanksgiving.

Authentic worship sends us out into the world to serve others. The different parts of our worship—Scripture, the sermon, testimonies, and sharing—all help us to see a God who passionately loves our world and is actively at work in it. Please join us!

Worship with us on Wednesdays

Every Wednesday, we gather for a shared meal and time of Bible study. We invite you to join us at 6 PM for a potluck (please bring a main dish, salad or dessert) and at 7 PM for a Bible study in the Gospel of Luke (our Gospel for 2013). We'll close the hour with times of sharing and prayer. Whether you're a new or longtime LMCer, this is a great way to deepen both your faith and relationships.

Our Wednesday activities will be held from January 16 through May 29.

Lectionary

Our congregation usually follows the Lectionary in worship. For a list of upcoming scripture readings (provided by MennoMedia), click here.
